Delivery Areas: We deliver across all emirates in the UAE. For international orders, please contact us for availability and shipping rates.

Delivery Timeframes: Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g., Ramadan or national holidays) or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is AED 20 per order or free for orders above AED 67. Express delivery may be available at an additional cost. Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address you provide. If no one is available, they may contact you to arrange a redelivery. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your package may be returned to us and additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sales@ecofluid.ae with photos or evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
